TDI Advanced Nitrox & Helitrox Diver
COSTS:
$600 includes course and instructor fees per student (class of 3 or 4)
$900 per student for class of 2 ($1,800 for private training)
$60 for plastic and digital c-cards
plus gas fills
PREREQUISITES:
Student numbers: minimum 2, maximum 4
Minimum age: 18
Basic Nitrox, Essentials of Tech (Intro. to Tech) or equivalent certifications
Minimum logged dives: 50, 15 utilizing EANx
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
~20 hours of classroom study
10 dives minimum
Advance student’s working knowledge of EANx and Helitrox diving
Learn theory and methods involved in decompression diving
Conduct staged decompression dives utilizing standardized gases
Prepare diver for full Trimix training
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Primary cylinders with dual outlet/isolator manifold labeled in accordance with NAUI/TDI/UTD standards
Properly labeled decompression bottle with regulator system and SPG
Properly labeled drysuit inflation cylinder (required for trimix dives)
BC with LP inflator and adequate for equipment configuration
Primary regulator system with 7’ hose and redundant regulator system with SPG
Redundant depth and timing devices and/or dive computers
Surface marker buoy/lift bag (minimum 50 lbs of lift if diving in a wetsuit) with 100’ spool
Knife/line cutter
Wet notes
Exposure suit adequate for environment (drysuit)
